Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AngleForge (the "Service"), operated by AngleForge Atelier, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AngleForge is a web-based AI product photography tool. You upload a product photograph and the Service generates marketplace-ready images from it. Features and limits vary by plan, as described on the pricing page.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Keep your password secure.

4. Credits

Generations use credits at the published per-feature rate (for example, a product angle costs 2 credits), and the cost is shown before you start. New accounts start with a free credit allotment, as described on the pricing page.

Credits are charged when a generation starts. If an output fails, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically.

Subscriptions refill credits to your plan's monthly cap every month, including on yearly plans. Credits from one-time packs stack on top, never expire, and are kept when your plan renews.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Failed generations are refunded in credits automatically, as described above. To ask for a refund of a payment, email [email protected] with the date and amount of the charge. If a payment is refunded, the credits it granted are removed from your balance.

6. Your content and rights

You retain ownership of the photographs you upload. You represent that you have the rights to upload them and to generate derivative images. You retain full commercial rights to every image the Service produces from a photo you own. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not train AI models on your uploads.

You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and deliver your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create images that infringe others' rights, misrepresent products in a way that deceives buyers, depict a real person's likeness without consent, or violate any law or marketplace policy. You are responsible for ensuring your generated images comply with the rules of the platforms you publish them on.

8. AI-generated imagery and disclosure

Images and videos produced by the Service are AI-generated or AI-assisted. You are responsible for any disclosure obligations that apply to your use (for example, marketplace policies or applicable transparency laws). AngleForge adds IPTC AI-disclosure metadata to Google Shopping exports to support compliance.

9. Ending your account

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing in your dashboard. It stays active until the end of the current billing period and then does not renew. After cancellation, plan credits stop refilling; credits from one-time packs never expire and stay on your account.

You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and its data, email [email protected] (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

10. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AngleForge Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
