Terms of service.

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using AngleForge (the "Service"), operated by AngleForge Atelier, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
AngleForge is a web-based AI product photography tool. You upload a product photograph and the Service generates marketplace-ready images from it. Features and limits vary by plan, as described on the pricing page.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Keep your password secure.
4. Credits and billing
Generations consume credits according to the published per-feature rate (for example, a product angle costs 2 credits); new accounts start with a free credit allotment. Subscriptions refill credits to your plan's monthly cap; one-time top-up credits stack on top. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Refunds, where applicable, revoke the credits granted by the refunded payment and are handled through the Dodo Payments customer portal.
5. Your content and rights
You retain ownership of the photographs you upload. You represent that you have the rights to upload them and to generate derivative images. You retain full commercial rights to every image the Service produces from a photo you own. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not train AI models on your uploads.
You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and deliver your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create images that infringe others' rights, misrepresent products in a way that deceives buyers, depict a real person's likeness without consent, or violate any law or marketplace policy. You are responsible for ensuring your generated images comply with the rules of the platforms you publish them on.
7. AI-generated imagery and disclosure
Images produced by the Service are AI-generated or AI-assisted. You are responsible for any disclosure obligations that apply to your use (for example, marketplace policies or applicable transparency laws). AngleForge embeds content-provenance (C2PA) metadata in exports to support compliance.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AngleForge Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
